In this Induction Training session, leaders from each division participated in giving presentations. This allows new employees to gain information directly from these leaders, enriching their knowledge of roles and responsibilities within the organization. These presentations cover various important aspects of each division from finance, sales, admin, and inventory.
Location & Duration
Induction Training is located in Jakarta and is usually held when the quota of participants has been met. The program takes 1-2 weeks, during which leaders give presentations on their respective sections. With this duration, new employees get the opportunity to understand in-depth every important aspect of the company.
