Mr. David CHIEN (錢永勛) is the Chairman, Executive Director and Co- Chief Executive Officer of OrbusNeich. He is primarily responsible for overseeing the overall strategic planning and policy execution of OrbusNeich.

Mr. Chien has around 32 years of experience in the medical devices industry and was the director of Cordis-Neich Limited from January 1994 to October 1997. He was a director of Tysan Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange (stock code: 0687), from November 1997 to January 2014. Mr. Chien has served as a trustee of the Chien Foundation since January 1997, which is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of cardiology specialists. He is also a co-founder of the charitable organization “KFoundation”, established in 2011, which focuses on public welfare initiatives in the areas of educational support, child welfare, and sustainable development, with a strong commitment to caring for vulnerable groups. Mr. Chien was elected as a member of the Board of Trustees of Chung Chi College, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, since 2020, and served as a member of its Development Committee and Fundraising Committee.

Mr. Chien studied at York University in Canada.
