REQUIREMENT :
- Candidate must have processed at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably a master’s degree or above, from a reputable university.
- Experience more than 5 years in sales related medical field
- Good communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong knowledge of sales growth techniques
RESPONSIBILITY :
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
- Set sales targets for the team, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate others regional sales managers
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture within the sales department.
- Drive revenue growth by ensuring high performance in both existing and new market segments.
- Manage sales resources, ensuring efficient allocation of the sales team across regions.
- Identify and recommend product/service improvements based on market feedback.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment on product launches and promotions.
