That’s why we’ve created our very own Management Trainee (MT) Program, a 12-month development journey designed to fast track high-potential graduates and young professionals into impactful leadership roles. Whether your passion lies in sales or various business functions, we have two exciting paths tailored to your strengths and ambitions.
RSDP – Revassian Sales Development Program
The RSDP program is designed for those who are passionate about sales, growth, and customer engagement. Over the course of 12 months, you’ll be equipped with the tools and exposure to become a key player in our sales organization, possibly even a future District Sales Manager or Senior Medical Device Executive.
The Management Trainee Program is designed to develop future sales leaders through a structured and immersive journey. It starts with essential learning to strengthen your understanding of sales fundamentals, business operations, and strategic thinking. You’ll then transition into real-world experiences, gaining exposure to field activities and client interactions that are core to our commercial success. As the program progresses, you’ll be entrusted with driving sales performance in a designated area. At the end of the 12 months, a final evaluation will determine your readiness to step into a leadership role within our sales organization.
As a participant in the Revassian Sales Development Program (RSDP), you’ll gain direct exposure to high-impact field operations and take part in real sales projects that shape our business. The program offers a unique opportunity to fast-track your career toward a leadership role in sales, while being guided by seasoned professionals who are committed to your growth. With hands-on experience and continuous mentorship, you’ll develop the confidence and capabilities to thrive in a dynamic and competitive sales environment.

This 12-month journey begins with a strong foundation in business understanding, operational knowledge, and leadership mindset. Throughout the program, you’ll rotate through multiple departments, gaining broad exposure and hands-on experience in different areas of our organization. As you take on real responsibilities, you’ll build critical thinking, adaptability, and cross-functional collaboration skills. By the end of the program, you’ll be evaluated for a strategic role within the division that best matches your potential and passion.
