REQUIREMENTS :
- Graduates with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Human Resources Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Organizational Development (OD) & Culture
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal), and excellent relationship-building skills
- Excellent leadership capabilities with strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Capable of seeking out new ideas, exhibiting initiative and being proactive
- Have a basic knowledge of aligning business process analysis to several Human Capital interventions
JOB DESC :
- Design and implement organizational development initiatives aimed at increasing organizational efficiency, productivity and adaptability.
- Lead and provide support in organizational change initiatives, including changes to culture, organizational structure, and business processes.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of organizational performance and culture, identify existing problems, and design effective solutions.
- Provide training and leadership development to managers and organizational leaders to help them understand and respond to necessary changes.
- Improve teamwork, inter-unit collaboration, and employee involvement to create a harmonious and productive work environment.
- Analyze, understand and define the existing organizational culture, and identify areas that require change or strengthening.
- Design, implement, and monitor initiatives aimed at promoting an organizational culture that is aligned with company values.
- Provide training and education to employees and leaders about organizational culture and their role in maintaining and maintaining these values.
- Measure and monitor organizational culture, and prepare reports that show the impact of cultural changes on organizational performance.
- Ensuring that all members of the organization understand, accept and apply company values in their daily work, creates continuity in the culture embraced by the company.
