NSC 2026: A Strategic Momentum Toward Transforming to Excellence
National Sales Conference 2026 brought all Revassians together. More than just an annual agenda, NSC 2026 served as a strategic forum to align company direction and targets, evaluate performance while strengthening the business outlook, encourage collaboration, and provide recognition to boost motivation and engagement.
With the theme “Transforming to Excellence,” NSC 2026 emphasized the importance of adaptability and synergy, turning strong performance into stronger execution, deeper collaboration, and measurable improvement across the organization.

Through a series of key sessions such as Business & Performance Outlook, Sales Region Meeting, Marketing Plan, Core Values Training, and the Executive Alignment Forum, participants—especially the sales and marketing teams—gained clearer insight into business direction, strategic priorities, and tangible roles they can execute in the field. From a sales perspective, NSC 2026 delivered practical and relevant insights for daily challenges; open discussions and shared materials helped participants view targets not merely as numbers, but as outcomes driven by collaboration, solid planning, and aligned communication across teams.
The conference culminated in a Gala Dinner attended by more than 300 employees from various directorates across Indonesia. During this moment, Mr. David Chien, President Commissioner of PT Revass Utama Medika and Chairman, Executive Director, and Chief Executive Officer of OrbusNeich, expressed his appreciation for achieving 33% growth compared to the previous year, while emphasizing the importance of integrity as a core value and shared foundation of Revass and OrbusNeich. In the closing statement, Mr. Andriatno Martono, President Director, reinforced this message by highlighting the importance of growth and a winning mindset, as well as how to implement them in daily work.

The night became even more vibrant with a performance by G-Pluck Beatles (a Beatles tribute band), a retro (60s–80s) dress code that brought a fun, warm, and nostalgic atmosphere, and exciting door prize draws as a form of appreciation to boost Revassians’ spirit for the year ahead. NSC 2026 marked a moment of alignment and renewed energy as we move forward together toward a higher standard—Transforming to Excellence.
