Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, relevant certification is a plus
- Proven 5 years of experience working as an HRGA Manager or a similiar
- In-depth knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Job Description :
- According to the business strategy of the department, coordinate the development and management of human resources, formulate human resource planning plans, and implement the implementation of various plans
- According to the actual needs of business development, build a sound human resources development, training, and improvement mechanism, formulate, organize, and implement effective talent introduction and reserve strategies to enhance the company’s core competitiveness
- Through the collation and analysis of business and human resource data, gain insight into organizational problems, regularly provide human resource suggestions and solutions to business department managers, and provide human resource information support for the company’s major decisions
- In-depth understanding of business operation needs, establish an effective performance incentive mechanism, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all emloyees
- Monitoring contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Responsible for the development and planning of HRGA, the objectives about the systems or procedures for the implementation
- Ensure that GA activities of the company (procurement of goods and services, asset maintenance, vehicle licensing, insurance) run according to predetermined SOP’s
