Job Description :
- Implement overall recruitment strategy based on MPP
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs
- Source and recruit candidates by using social media and any platform job posting
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct interview using BEI methods to filter suitable candidates
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Qualification :
- Minimum S1 Psychology or related major
- Have experience in recruitment at least 1 year
- Knowing end-to-end recruitment process
- Ability to use psychological test
- Target oriented
